About us
ハートは、カナダ出身のSusan Mercerによって、犬や猫にとって苦しみや虐待の無い地域社会を創ることを目的とした動物福祉団体として
２００６年に設立されました。 ハートは、捨てられたり虐待を受けた動物たちの保護、治療、里親探しを行っています。また、動物の避妊・去勢手術の奨励、飼い主としての責任を促す活動も進めています。 ハートは「避妊・去勢によって、恵まれない犬や猫を減らす」という 長期的な目的を達成するために、四国地区のアニマルレスキュー施設として運営しております。
HEART is a registered NPO rescue organization run solely on a volunteer basis and funded entirely through donations. We are based in Tokushima, Japan and our aim is to build a community in which companion animals can live free from suffering or cruelty. Our activities include rescue, care and re-homing of stray, abandoned, abused and neglected animals. We also promote spay/neuter and responsible pet ownership through education and supportive means.
HEART was founded in 2006 by Canadian Susan Mercer.
