Anan Dogs update

Since our first visit to the site on November 26th, HEART has rescued 10 of the Anan dogs. All 10 dogs have been treated for a variety of illnesses, including Babeosia, Filaria, suspected Parvo Virus and a number of intestinal parasites.

Animal Refuge Kansai are supporting our efforts and are funding a temporary shelter in Tokushima. The site should be completed in the next couple of weeks. At that time, we will be moving the remaining 35 dogs.
